I want my money back, because the program does not work for me.

I have activated the software and I was only able to download 1 song in 4 hours and Rocket is faster and I would have downloaded hundreds of songs in that time. I am going to try this for two more days if nothing changes I will cancel. I just want my money back. I am totally fed up.
