I signed up up for your lifetime update program. The developer have sold the business to some other party that will not / does not honor the contractual agreement we entered into. I expect to be fully reimbursed for the fees that I gave to the developer. How can I do this?

It seems that the new developer states on the official website, that it will not honor any of the refunds because the xtranormal, Inc is no longer an active business. Because of this, there is no way to obtain a refund for a product that you acquired some time ago.
