In order to perform a factory reset, go to your device Settings, select Backup and reset and then tap Factory data reset. Follow the on-screen instructions and reboot the device after the process is complete. If your tablet is locked and you can't access its Settings, turn it off, press and hold the Power button and quickly insert a pin or paperclip in the reset hole on the back of the tablet. Navigate to Wipe Data/Factory reset using the pin/paperclip and press Power to select the option.
