I want to reset my Wintouch Q74 tablet.

I want to reset my Wintouch Q74 tablet. I'm holding the power and volume positive buttons, but after the Android logo appears I can't find the factory reset option. Can you help?

In order to factory reset the device, you will need to enter in the recovery mode. To do this, press Power + Volume Down keys and wait the recovery menu to appear. After that, using the volume keys, select Wipe data/Factory Reset and follow the on-screen instructions. If you have problems, try contacting the Wintouch support team.
