I need to factory reset my Intex Cloud X1.

Question

The factory reset process doesn't work on Intex Cloud X1. I don't have a Home key on the touch and when I press Power + Volume up, the device shows:

1. Full Phone test
2. View Phone test result
3. Item test
4. CTP Calibrate
5. Exit.

That's all. What can I do?

In order to factory reset your Intex Cloud X1 Android device, you will need to download Android Multi Tool on your computer. After that, install both SCI and ADB drivers and connect the phone to the PC. Launch the application, press 5 and hit Enter to wipe data/factory reset. You can use Google search engine to find additional video tutorials that will help you regain access to your device.
