Problems with 123 Video Encryption.

I have purchased 123 Video Encryption Magic as well as the rest of the new 123 programs. When I try to copy a video, the only thing that happens is that I get the audio and nothing else. What am I doing wrong? I have always liked working with 123 for copying but I'm unable to get anything done with the new programs. Where can I find the documentation for these new programs?

You can find the documentation for these programs in the Help menu. On 123 Video Encryption Magic, you need to press the Help button and select Web Help or Local Help option. The software will redirect you to the official website where you can find the user manual, or it will open the guide from your local machine:
