In order to fix the issue, go to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program, select the software from the list and press Uninstall. Follow the on-screen instructions, reboot the computer, run a registry cleaner from Software Informer database to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system and install the program again.
