Navigate to Mac Informer and click on Log In. Instead of logging in, use "Forget password?" and enter the e-mail associated with the account you want to reset the password for. Shortly after, you will receive an e-mail containing a reset link. Access the link and your password will be reset. Now you can log in and change your password.
