How to reset Landis Gyr meter password?

Hi,

I'm working for the Power Company in VietNam. I need to reset password of Landis Gyr meter (Model: ZMD405CT44). Please help me!

You could try to perform a Manual Cold Start. This will remove all programming and data from the meter, including the password/security code. Please refer to the S4/S4e Instruction Manual for this procedure.

does any 1 have a reset code for landis +gyr
