No, it doesn't have an option to export the files to .wave, but it can save them to .wav, which is the same file format. Go to File menu, select Export video option and select .wav from the Save as type drop-down list. If you don't have the .wav option, reinstall the software and run it using the Compatibility Mode, because the software is an old one which might not be fully compatible with Windows 7 platforms.
