If the webcam is not working, I suggest you reinstall the driver. Navigate to A4Tech web page, download the driver and go to Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Device Manager. Expand the Imaging Devices list, right click the webcam driver and select Update Driver Software. Use Browse option to navigate to the installation package, select the driver and install it following the self explained steps.
