My webcam is not working with Yahoo Messenger. Can you help me?
First, update your webcam drivers and install the latest version of Yahoo Messenger. After that, close any other programs, launch the application, navigate to Messenger > My Webcam > File > Preferences > Webcam Broadcast > Camera Source and select the VAIO webcam. Also, install the latest version of DirectX. If the problem is not solved, check the troubleshooting guides provided by Yahoo.
