In order to fix this issue, you need to reinstall the webcam drivers and software. Go to Toshiba web page, identify your computer model, select your operating system and download and install the provided files. Before installing the webcam drivers right-click the Computer icon, click Manage and select Device Manager. Expand the Imaging Devices list, right-click on the drivers and select the Uninstall option. After the process is completed, install the downloaded files.
