The Omax ToupView repeatedly locks up, "(Not Responding)" spinning the Wheel of Death when attempting to end recording of a video (deselect the red "Record" button). Task Manager reports a WaitChainTraversal Issue. End Proccess closes the program but does not complete the codeq'ing of the H264 file rendering it unplayable:
