The Omax ToupView repeatedly locks up, "(Not Responding)" spinning the Wheel of Death when attempting to end recording of a video (deselect the red "Record" button).

I work with Mac, I've downloaded the app Toup view, but nothing happens when I plug my camera into my computer, the application stays blurry and nothing happens.

How can I use "Count" within the Omax ToupView software? I'm trying to make the software count the number of particles within the image. Problem is that it doesn't count everything I'm interested in.

The OMAX ToupView software starts, recognizes the camera, but goes no further stating "Not Responding". The only way to stop the program is to restart the computer.
