I am currently transferring my software on a new computer (Windows 8). When I try to activate the Potonier, I get a message that: **BUSlex has stopped working**.

I am currently transferring my software on a new computer (Windows 8). When I try to activate the Potonier, I get a message that: BUSlex has stopped working. What shall I do?

This means that the application you are trying to install has compatibility issues and it does not work in this OS. It could also be a generic bug which can be fixed after installing a newer version. If you still encounter errors please obtain a new version of the application and try to install it again. If it's old software then the chances for an upgraded version drop.
