The camera window freezes and the title bar says "FinePixViewer S is not responding".

The Load window freezes up when I click on "from Camera" and the title bar says "FinePixViewer S (Not Responding)". What should I do?

You need to check if your camera is properly installed in the Device Manager. If you encounter any yellow exclamation marks to any of the devices, then you need to update that driver to the corresponding one. Also, it may be possible that the application is bugged, then you will need to update it. Please check for additional updates regarding your application.
