I've checked their support page and it appears there is a SUPPORT email, but since you've said it doesn't work, it can't be used anymore. However, I recommend installing Skype then use this handle to look for the developer: [email protected]
They said to contact them on MSN, but we all know MSN Live is not available anymore and it has been bundled withing Skype.
