I have an old version of Moon Secure Antivirus and it is corrupted or no longer works, it cannot be removed and it will not let me download anything on my computer. Can you help?

You will have to use another computer to download Revo Uninstaller. Download the software and place it on a USB drive or burn it to a CD then reboot the computer with the Moon Secure Antivirus and choose Safe Mode. While in Safe Mode, insert the USB stick and install Revo Uninstaller. Let it scan all the applications then force the uninstallation of Moon Secure Antivirus. Revo will take care of the registry, startup items, temporary files, and anything related to the Moon Secure's installation on your computer. Reboot the computer normally and the software should be wiped off your computer.
