First Verify is a troublesome application.

How do I eliminate this program from running? It is plain troublesome and I do not like it on my home PC.

There are two ways to disable the application:

  1. Go to Start > Run > msconfig, then switch to the Startup tab and uncheck the entry related to the First Verify.

  2. Completely uninstall the application if you don't need it. You can either use Uninstall a Program or an application like Revo Uninstaller.
