I have checked the application and it appears it runs only on MSI enabled motherboards which could be an issue, because I don't have the software and I can't install it because the motherboard is Gigabyte. However, if the shortcuts are defined properly, go to Start > RUN or press directly Windows + R and type shell:startup
. Create a shortcut for Shortcut Manager and place it in the folder that will open. Next time the computer starts, Shortcut Manager will start too.
