Can't install HP Hotkey Support 5 on my HP ProBook 470 G1.

It is impossible to install HP Hotkey Support 5 on my HP ProBook 470 G1.

There might be several causes for that installation error:

1. You are using a setup package that's not compatible with the version of the OS currently installed on your computer. Download the new driver using the following URL: http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/readIndex?sp4ts.oid=5405158&swLangOid=8&swEnvOid=4158

2. The setup package is launched without Administrative rights. Right click the setup package and select Run As Administrator.

3. The package is corrupted and requires another download (see step 1).
