Can't install ARIScope v2.5

Question

I am an ARIS1800 user in an institute in Japan. I downloaded setup.exe for ARIScope v2.5 from this site and tried to install it to my Windows 8.1 PC. However, an error message showed up, which says: "There was an error processing the product information. Please try downloading the installer again.". Our IT guy said the installer program tries to access 50.22.63.140 when double clicked, but this site is not available at the moment. Does that mean I should wait and try installing again? Or is there another solution to this?

There could be 2 causes that are the source of this error:

1. The installer requires additional files, but it fails to install them since it can't reach the server.

2. The MSI installer in your computer is outdated. Download the latest copy to fix this problem.

You also might need to obtain a new installer of the application from the official website. Unfortunately, this operation is not directly available. Contacting a local distributor is the only way to obtain it.
