I have been a regular user of Viber during the past 8 months. Last week I changed my SIM with a new one (+989012568070) that was supposed to have a better Internet speed (which it was not) and again inserted my original SIM card (+989217318451). During those days I forwarded congratulation message to most of my friends in my contact list by the new SIM card but Viber identified it as SPAM and blocked my account. Unfortunately, because of a wrong identification of the system, my account has blocked. I have sent many emails to Viber support and requested to check the issue. I am a reputed manager in a very big shipping company and request you to please follow the matter because this mistake may happen to others also .
