A big mistake in Viber to identify spam.

I have been a regular user of Viber during the past 8 months. Last week I changed my SIM with a new one (+989012568070) that was supposed to have a better Internet speed (which it was not) and again inserted my original SIM card (+989217318451). During those days I forwarded congratulation message to most of my friends in my contact list by the new SIM card but Viber identified it as SPAM and blocked my account. Unfortunately, because of a wrong identification of the system, my account has blocked. I have sent many emails to Viber support and requested to check the issue. I am a reputed manager in a very big shipping company and request you to please follow the matter because this mistake may happen to others also .

I am no developer of Viber or someone related to their service. I can provide troubleshooting and guidance to fix errors, however, the ones who have access to your account are those from Viber. You will have to keep insisting on removing the lock from your account. Explain the situation exactly as you did here and wait for their response. The block is applied to your account on their servers. No one has access except them. Access the ticket system, and open one. Explain the situation or simply copy the paragraph above. They will respond, just keep insisting.
