SyncMe has deleted my files improperly.

I am using SyncMe for some months to save files from my tablet to my PC. Certain day, when I was working in a different place, I pressed "Run" to sync my folder again, and SyncMe started to delete all my files in that folder. Why? Can I recover my files?

Every application that uses SYNC compares the target and the source. Most likely you have used an empty source to sync with the target. In computer terms, the software used an empty source to delete the files on the target. If the files were stored on the Android device, then there is nothing you can do since Android recovery from internal storage is not available. If you have a backup on another computer use the same sync application and choose the source for syncing the backup folder.
