If you've purchased the application, then the company needs to send you an email containing a download link and a serial number. You might need to check the email used for purchasing. However, the installation is pretty simple: download a trial version then use the serial number to activate it.
Additionally, to request a refund visit the Support Center and click on Request a refund link then fill the information.
