Even if you use the application on iOS, Android, or Windows the adding friend procedure is the same. Access the Contacts section on all platforms and then tap/click on the Contacts section. Input the username or email address of the contact you want to add and that's it. Additionally, use the support page at the Palringo website to see exactly how it's done. The whole process is explained with images as well.
