After you pick a username on Palringo, email confirmation is necessary in order to claim it. Log into the website and then on the left side you'll see the available options. Click on the two people icons next to the clock and then the button far below that looks like a square. Click it and Group Creation window will open. Add all the necessary details then you can invite other friends.
