Contact problem with a Viber installation.

I recently had to delete my old Viber account so I reinstalled Viber and activated it. My previous account was made in a different country so I had to change the mobile number and now all of my contacts are Viber out. I tried shifting the contacts but that did not help. How do I fix this problem?

Even if you change the mobile number, the Viber contacts will still be available in your phone. Try re-activating your account and then perform a Refresh of the contacts. Simply go to Contacts screen and use the menu button to bring the Refresh option. Select it and make sure you're connected to the Internet and everything should work fine.
