Problem with the Viber profile picture.

My friends can't see my Viber profile picture although I am in their Viber contacts list and chat with them daily. How can they see my profile picture even after refreshing their contacts?

This happens because the application can't communicate properly with the servers to update the picture. I recommend switching to another WiFi network or to a fast data connection. Try a few times to change it. This way you will force the client to keep trying until the image appears as normal. The picture will be displayed on your friends after all. Unfortunately, there is no proper fix for this issue except the method posted above.
