Can't establish a reliable network.

I have a Xperia M mobile and I can't open Google Play Store because every time I try, shows Can't establish a reliable network connection. I tried many solutions, but all in vain , reset and backup-clear cache and data-download using Root Explorer. It told me that my mobile is not rooted so I downloaded Framaroot and doesn't help. It drives me crazy. What should I do?

There could be a problem with the Internet source. You are prohibited from accessing Google Play Store or the connection is filtered. In both cases, switch to another Internet source. Make sure that when you connect to the Internet through Wireless or Data, there is no proxy set up and the connection is automatic. Alternatively, go to Settings > About device > Software Update and apply the available updates. This could also be a bug in the OS that needs to be fixed.
