This is an old product that was developed to run on Windows 2000 and Windows XP. The developer didn't released a newer version that is compatible with Windows 7. However, you can try to install it using compatibility features. To do this, right click on its Setup.exe file > Properties > Compatibility > check Run this program in compatibility with Windows XP. If this solutions doesn't work for you, download and install the Windows XP Mode. This is an update released by Microsoft that enhance the compatibility of older programs with Windows 7.
