It works on Windows 10 without any problems.

Yes, it's compatible, but it will not run properly if you don't know about the ports or setting eg IP.

Yes, IP Camera Adapter is compatible with Windows 7 on both 32 and 64bit versions of Windows, but before you can actually use it, go to Start and type Configure until you see Configure IP Camera Adapter. Use that to configure the access to the camera, then open the doc folder to read about the configuration options that are available within the application.
