It's not possible to recover the password for this application because no website is provided as official website of developer. I have searched for COSMI, but they're just the seller of the product, not the official developers.
However, if you have the software installed, go to Help > About and take notes of the contact options.
If you don't find any details, go to the installation folder and open the Readme files. Most developers place contact options in those files.
