I can't access my Yahoo mail account via mobile phone. I receive a "Your account has been temporarily locked. Go to login.yahoo.com to unlock it" message. I visited that page, but there is no clue. What can I do?
In order to unlock your account, you need to confirm your identity. Navigate to Yahoo web page, press the blue I can't access my account. Help button and follow the on-screen instructions. Check the Account locked page for further information.
