I need a program that allows me to input a frequency with at least 2 decimals and that generates a sound output using my sound card. I need this software for medical purposes in Cymatics. Can you help?

There are many utilities that you can use to input a frequency with 2 decimals and obtain a sound output using your sound card. You can try NCH Tone Generator developed by NCH software. It is free of charge and all you need to do after you launch it is to double click the tone below Tone Data field. In the Sine 1 Frequency, you can type any value using an unlimited number of decimals:

Another program that you can use is Test Tone Generator. It is shareware, but you can use it 30 days free of charge. If you download and launch it, you can set the frequency value in the field below the Wave function. Also, you can use the Stereo option to set the output sound on two channels:

Also, you can use Multi Tone Generator developed by Timo Esser. It is shareware and it is similar with Test Tone Generator. It can work on two channels (left and right) and it allows you to set an initial and final frequency values.
