Yes, it's possible. From WinDates go to File > Export and select iCAL format, then access http://calendar.google.com and click on the arrow next to your calendars on the left. Select Import and browse to the iCAL file. Once it's completed, click the Settings wheel and activate Sync with my mobile, then on your phone, start Google Calendar and all the events will be found.
