The application doesn't appear to be available anymore. I have tried finding it, but no official website exists. But after some extensive searching, it results that the official website is discontinued. Therefore, any compatibility with Windows 10 is out of the question. However, if you still have the software installed, right click it and select Properties > Compatibility. From the list choose Windows XP and launch the application. It should work this way.
