I don't remember by back up PIN and my Gmail account. I can't open my phone and I can't make a phone call. What should I do?

In order to fix the issues, you need to factory reset your device. You can find all the instructions in your phone's manual, but basically, you need to turn it off and to press Volume Up + Power buttons. Once the Recovery menu appears select Wipe data/Factory reset and restart the device after the process is complete.
