Firstly, I suggest you try recovering your Google account and password using the instructions provided by Google. If this doesn't help, you will need to perform a factory reset. You can find all the steps in your phone guide, but basically, you need to turn it off, to press and hold Volume Up and Power buttons and to select Wipe Data/Factory reset option.
