Re-installation of Media Face.

I have been using Media Face for several years on my Windows XP computer. I have now bought a new computer with Windows 7. I have tried to install the program using the disc, but the serial number is not correct. This is the one that I've been using all these years. I have downloaded a free trial but don't feel I should need to subscribe at the end of the period as I still have the original disc. How can I solve this problem?

You don't need to subscribe again when the trial period is over. You can contact the developer of the product to find out more about the possibility of purchasing an upgrade. By doing this, you should pay less than a normal license for the latest version of the program. You can find the contact information on the Help menu of the application or on the official website of the developer.
