I purchased the single license of Ninja Pinner 2 days ago, then I received the activation code. I registered with the e-mail that I used for Pinterest, but it says that I'm not registered yet. I wonder if I have written my e-mail wrong or something. Is there something I can do about this?

Usually, it takes a while before your info is updated and the registration is completed. Also, it's possible that the email with the activation code for your account to take a few hours / days before it arrives. It is advised to check your Inbox and the Spam folder for the activation email. If you still can't activate your account, try to register again or contact the developer using the information from the contact page.
