The official website of this application is not available anymore or at least it's not loading properly. There isn't anything you can do to contact the developer, but if you've purchased the software through a reseller, then they should offer you the serial number and registration data. If they refuse to do it, open a dispute with your bank to request a refund. Unfortunately, this is the only way.
