We are currently using ClockLink and the keys on the timeclock don't always work anymore. Can we have it serviced or get a new one?
I have checked the official website of the developers and found that the only way to get support for your timeclocks is through the developers themselves. This is an issue with the registration keys/authorization keys and they are the only ones who can provide information about it because I don't have access to their registration system.
