If you have registered your email on the 2GO website, then you can use that email to recover your account. However, the lack of an email address attached to the account, makes it impossible to access your again ever again.
Update: With the new updates implemented to the 2Go service, the account recovery is done through SIM. If you don't have the SIM to receive the number, then the account can't be recovered.
