I changed the country and can't use my 2Go account.

I've changed my country but I still use my 2GO with a different country number. Once I had to reset my password. How can I recover it since I don't have the SIM card for Kenya. Can I get it by email?

You will need to visit the mobile version of the 2GO website and use Forget password? option and then the password will be sent to your email.
