I have forgotten my 2GO password and have my SIM. How can I get my account back?

You can use another phone (SIM) and browse to mobile version of 2GO website. Click "Get Help" and follow the instructions. If you still have access to the attached email you'll be able to recover your password.

There is no solution yet .the only solution is to register new 2go account. Am also a victim of dis.
