SDcard get corrupted every now and then, and the causes are sometimes unknown. But if you can't format a SDcard, then you should connect it to the PC with the help of a card reader. After you have connected the card to the PC, I recommend using SDFormatter. Download and install the application, then format the SDCard. Access the advanced functions and mark the card to be formatted in Quick mode and use the option related to the size adjustment as well.
