In order to solve the error, I suggest you reinstall the related software. If it doesn't help, try to run CCleaner or any other registry cleaner and configure your security program and Windows Firewall to allow the application to communicate. Also, go to Start, type Windows Firewall with Advanced Security and open the utility. Select Inbound Rules, click New Rule, check the Port box, click Next, select All local Ports and follow the self-explained steps. If you still have issues, contact the application developer.
