The application is available for Windows to download it. Access the official website, then download the package and install it. I have Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit and it's working just fine. Download the package and install it. Right click it and use Run as Administrator*, then press the bottom-right button until the installation finishes and that's it. You can start the application from the **Start > All Programs. The application is in the Chinese language and that's the only language available.
